Tackle has a great feature called tagging, and you can adjust some settings according to your needs. You can find these settings on the Application Settings page under Settings > Application Settings.

Tag propagate

One of the settings is Tag propagate. If you turn this on, any tags you add to your event will automatically apply to all attendees' calendars who are part of your account. This means your team members will be able to see what you've tagged, and vice versa. But if you turn it off, your team members won't be able to see what each other has tagged.

In other words, it enables you to propagate the tags you add to your events to your teammates' events. This propagation also works vice versa, adding the tags to your event when another teammate has already tagged it. You can change this tag if you like.

When you turn off this feature, your team members won't be able to see what other team members are tagging in their calendar events.

Hashtag extraction

Another setting is Hashtag extraction. If you use hashtags in your Google calendar events for tagging purposes, you can enable this feature to automatically convert those hashtags into tags. But if you use hashtags for other purposes, you can disable this feature.
