Usually, Google Chrome extensions are automatically updated. But sometimes, it may take up to 10 hours to get the update. If you want to force-update your extension to the latest version, then try the following:

Option 1) Reinstall the Chrome extension

If you're using the Tackle Chrome extension and it hasn't updated automatically, you can force an update by reinstalling it. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Tackle Chrome extension page on the Chrome Web Store. You can find it by clicking on this link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tackle/ejbfngjgcinipnmnilpkajcgaakmaefe

  2. Click on the "Remove from Chrome" button. Don't worry, this won't delete any of your data or settings.

  3. Confirm the removal by clicking on the "Remove" button.

  4. Click on the "Add to Chrome" button to reinstall the extension.

  5. Finally, click on the "Add extension" button in the modal that appears.

That's it! 🥳 You should now have the latest version of the Tackle Chrome extension installed and ready to use.

  4. Now click on the "Developer mode" again to disable developer mode.
